A lovely vintage pair of Peter 'Rabbitman' Heap napkin rings. Both have been beautifully hand carved and are a wonderful colour with expertly executed signature rabbits. They are in excellent condition with no damage, just ever so slight wear seen on very close inspection. The signature rabbits are in perfect condition with no chips or cracks.
Peter Heap was one of Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson's craftsmen. He set up his own workshop and adopted the rabbit as his signature. His work is held in very high regard and since his death he has become extremely popular with Yorkshire Critter collectors.
