A lovely example of a Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson oak book trough with the signature mouse carved on one front edge. It is a wonderful dark honey colour with subtle adzing on each end of the trough.

It is in very good condition with no damage, just ever so slight wear on very close inspection, all in line with age and use.

The length measures 45.5 cm. The width is 21 cm. The height is 21 cm.
