A superb Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson pin tray / trinket dish carved in the form of a lucky horseshoe. These horseshoe shaped pin trays are fairly rare to the market and are very highly sought after by collectors. This example has been very well carved with an excellent signature mouse on top. It has been made from a lovely piece of oak that has medullary rays running throughout. It is also a wonderful colour, and it is in excellent condition with no damage. The ears are free from nibbles, and the tail has not suffered any losses. A great Mouseman piece.
