A Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson stool all hand carved with a beautifully adzed flat top which looks almost like honeycomb. It is a lovely warm honey colour too.  The condition is excellent with no damage or staining. The top of the stool is in near perfect condition with some nice natural knots and medullary rays in the grain of the oak which add a bit of charm.  . The signature mouse has been carved running up the front, left leg.
 
The height of the stool is 38 cm. The top measures 40.5 cm x 27.7 cm.
