A very good example of a Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson oval shaped cheese board, all hand carved from oak with the signature mouse on the handle.
It is in excellent condition with no damage and no knife marks to the board. It is a wonderful colour with a well carved signature mouse.
It has been made from a particularly nice piece of character oak with some natural knots that make it a little bit different and add charm. It has also been beautifully adzed to the top surface of the board.
Not an old piece, but a really nice example.
