A Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson shallow nut bowl with the mouse carved in the bowl rather than on the side. Shallower than the later nut bowls. It has been photographed next to a Mouseman fruit bowl so the size can be compared. The fruit bowl is available to purchase separately, it is not included in the sale.
 
The condition of the nut bowl is good. It has a bit of surface wear from use and a section of the rim is uneven, as can be seen in the pictures if you look closely - priced accordingly. Other than that, there are no issues, the mouse is perfect and free from any damage. No exterior adzing like the later nut bowls. The diameter measures just 16.5cm. A very sweet little bowl.
