A really lovely example of a Bob 'Wrenman' Hunter table / desk lamp with a large well-fed signature wren to the base. It has been expertly carved with a particularly well executed signature wren. It is a wonderful colour, and it is in excellent condition with no damage. It is also in full working order, ready for use. A great piece.
 
Bob 'Wrenman' Hunter was one of Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson's craftsmen. He left Mouseman and started his own workshop, adopting the little wren as his signature. His pieces are always exceptionally carved, so are very sought after by collectors.
