A Malcolm 'Foxman' Pipes napkin ring. A really well carved piece with Pipes' fox head signature. It is in very good condition with no damage. It measures 4.5 cm high.
Malcolm Pipes was one of Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson's craftsmen. He specialised in making Grandfather clocks. He left Mouseman to set up his own workshop and adopted the fox as his signature. The fox was originally used by Don Craven, who is the original 'Foxman'. However, Craven carved a full fox, not just the head.
