A vintage Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson oak table / desk lamp, hand-carved with the signature mouse running up the base. It has been beautifully made with a really well carved signature mouse, it has even been adzed to the base. The colour is wonderful, darker than most of the Mouseman lamps that come to the market. A really nice example.
 
Regarding condition, it has a small nick to one corner of the base (please see pictures - priced to reflect this), not really noticeable, otherwise it is perfect with no chips to the mouse. It is in full working order. It has a brass bulb holder, a bayonet amber glass bulb, and brass shade holder, which unscrews so that a lampshade (not included) can be fitted and screwed securely into place.
